Royale launches AI Store Locator

Vodka company Royale de Monte Carlo is set to launch an AI-powered store locator application to enhance in-store sales and boost revenue.

The new Store Locator technology employs AI to allow customers to quickly locate the company’s product at the nearest store. The tool allows the company to reach out to consumers via text messages, notifying them of their nearest retail locations.

If a customer is near a store stocking the company’s vodka products, the new technology will automatically send them a text message, informing them of the store’s product offerings, including any current promotions or discounts on our premium brand.

AI is being employed in the global beverage industry to collect data, as well as formulating novel strategies for increasing corporate growth. In a statement, the company said that leveraging AI capabilities to forecast sales, gain valuable insights into customer behaviour and preferences, and optimise its supply chain, allows it to create more personalised customer experiences, improving operational efficiency and profitability.

The company is aiming at securing distribution agreements with key players in major US markets. It has set itself a strategy of nationwide expansion, with the goal of achieving sales in a network of over 40,000 beer, wine, and spirit liquor stores across the United States.

The company states that the advantage of the new AI tool is not just providing consumers with real-time information. It can also support distributors in boosting their sales and revenue.

The solution can search for store locations by City, State, and Zip Code, streamlined integration with retailers, access to real-time analytics that capture search behaviour, the ability to format supplementary data in a compatible manner, map customisation that aligns with the website’s design, and implementation compatible with any web platform.

The proprietary data collection system behind the Royale De Monte Carlo store locator aggregates pricing, promotion, and availability data from a wide range of sources across the web. By accessing click-and-collect sites, delivery platforms, and other sources, the software is able to identify the locations where products are available.
