Smart building platform provider 1VALET has expanded the integrations of its Building Operating System (BOS) to include Yardi Voyager, a technology platform for residential property management. The integration, which will pull and synchronise data between the two platforms, will streamline property management for 1VALET customers, lowering their operating costs.

Thousands of management companies use Yardi Voyager for accounting, operations, and ancillary services for their residential and commercial portfolios. Integration of the two platforms allows 1VALET’s Building OS to pull data and automatically synchronise with Yardi Voyager. When moving out residents or on-boarding new ones, this synchronisation automatically updates resident info, saving property managers from the need for double data entry.

“We’re extremely excited to be able to expand our integrations to include Yardi Voyager,” said 1VALET Chief Product Officer Hanna Haddad. “This integration opens up so much for our customers, many of whom utilise Voyager for a number of their property management services. It will streamline operations for users by keeping everything on one platform and enable a seamless addition of 1VALET into any Yardi Voyager-powered community.”

1VALET says that it will develop its integration with Yardi Voyager to include important service ticketing and payment gateway features. The integration, which will be native within the 1VALET Resident App, will give residents the ability to securely pay for rent and other services, as well as open and send maintenance requests from their phone. 1VALET expects to announce the launching of these additional features shortly.
