Minnesota-based software company Atmosphere IoT and NimbeLink have pre-integrated their respective software and hardware platforms to ease the cost and complexity for OEMs and integrators in bringing cellular-based projects to fruition.

Atmosphere has integrated NimbeLink’s cellular-based asset tracking devices with its IoT platform and created a scalable, enterprise-grade cloud-based application that can be used to monitor the location, motion and environmental conditions of a variety of physical assets.

Atmosphere IoT’s asset tracking application offers users white label branding options and a customisable set of device management, data visualisation, notification, and organisational and user management features. Optionally, clients can use Atmosphere’s low code development environment to modify the cloud application, taking full control of their user’s experience without requiring advanced coding skills.

Additionally, Atmosphere recently added support for the NimbeLink Skywire LTE Cat M1 and NB-IoT embedded cellular modem to its IoT Studio library. Using Atmosphere’s visual, integrated development environment (IDE), OEM developers can incorporate the Skywire LTE Cat M1 and NB-IoT embedded modem with a range of low-power, low cost programmable MCU-based development boards and sensor peripherals already supported within Atmosphere IoT Studio.

By signing up for a free Atmosphere developer account, developers gain access to a pre-built demo project that uses the NimbeLink Skywire embedded cellular modem.
