Rohde & Schwarz upgrades German airspace radios

Rohde & Schwarz has upgraded around 4000 radios at nearly 100 sites connected to four large area control centres and 15 international airports operated by DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung in Germany.

The Radio Site Upgrade & Modernisation (Rasum 8.33) programme covers all aircraft flying in German airspace.

The field-proven Rohde & Schwarz air traffic control (ATC) turnkey offering enables safe and efficient airspace operations.
