Autonomous systems specialist Adapdix has launched a software platform to combine autonomous control with distributed DataMesh technology. Adapdix EdgeOps is designed to enable autonomous manufacturing and provide prescriptive optimisation.

According to Adapdix, early adopters have measured a 45% reduction in equipment maintenance costs, downtime reduced by 50%, and 20% increases in throughput. Adapdix software is used in a variety of industrial verticals, including semiconductor manufacturing.
