Cyient, Microsoft Industrial IoT

Indian tech firm Cyient is partnering Microsoft on industrial IoT. Cyient produces IoT edge gateway systems that bridge legacy OT systems, IoT and enterprise networks. The partnership will help industrial firms migrate to Industry 4.0 through Microsoft Azure IoT services.

The Hyderabad firm is a specialist in OT technology and focuses on complex IoT and OT/IT convergence.

Cyient IoT Edge Gateway 5400, the flagship product in the company’s family of IoT gateways, is Microsoft Azure Certified for IoT. It provides customers with a modular and scalable edge gateway for connectivity of legacy machines and next-gen intelligent devices to the Industrial IoT network and the cloud.
