London (3 March 2022): RevX Systems a provider of an IOT Operations platform ((IOP)) for wireless connected devices and applications, has joined the IoT M2M Council (IMC), the world’s largest trade association dedicated to serving the IoT sector. RevX-IOP automates connectivity management, software & data entitlements, recurring & usage-billing, credit card processing, and customer care, simplifying how companies manage large numbers of subscribers and multiple carrier relationships.

“As companies scale they are faced with operational challenges that go beyond the capabilities of their existing systems or carrier provided technologies.” says John D’Angelo, RevX’s CEO who will represent the company on the IMC Board of Governors, “We hope to spread our message to the IMC’s community of 25,000 IoT Adopters, which include enterprise users, product makers, and apps developers.”

The IMC’s rank-and-file Adopter Membership breaks down as roughly 30% North American, 25% Asian, and 20% European, with the rest dispersed. The Adopters cover 27 different vertical markets of application – everything from automotive manufacturing to healthcare services to retail point-of-sale – and connectivity services is one of the very largest categories that they purchase. Coming off its strongest growth year ever, the IMC offers its Sustaining companies like RevX exclusive access to its community of Adopters for purposes of thought leadership, lead generation, promotion, and research.

“We look forward to working with RevX in the coming year,” says IMC Chairman Romil Bahl, CEO at IoT pure-play KORE, “Certainly, the IoT industry is in need of tools that can help Adopters manage as they move their solutions from proof-of-concept through implementation to scale. It’s one of the reasons our group continues to show such strong growth, and we are delighted to welcome RevX to the IMC.”
