Lilly Pulitzer blossoms with Tulip technology

Iconic fashion brand Lilly Pulitzer is enhancing clienteling and customer experiences by deploying technology from Canadian firm Tulip across all its stores.
Lilly Pulitzer has launched Tulip’s retail platform to connect with customers at scale and support the modern omnichannel customer journey.
The fashion brand has amassed a loyal following with its happy prints, chic styles and personalised store experience. So, when looking at how to evolve its customer engagement and clienteling strategies, Tulip’s mobile-first cloud was seen as a natural choice.
The female-founded, American fashion brand caters to a wide variety of ages, lifestyles and occasions from women’s clothing, to swim and activewear, to social occasion dressing, accessories and more spanning across its online and physical stores. Lilly Pulitzer puts an emphasis on ensuring that every shopper gets the same high-quality, personal experience no matter where they shop or for what they’re shopping.

Lilly Pulitzer has launched Tulip’s cloud-based retail platform in 59 stores and uses it to create a connected customer experience that breaks the wall between digital and physical channels. Tulip allows store associates to guide customers through a multi-channel journey and stay in touch through personalised follow ups and outreach. The platform uses 360-degree profiles and automated workflows to build authentic connections consistently.
