Tulip modernises Purolator retail outlets

Freight, package and logistics provider Purolator is using fellow Canadian company Tulip’s cloud-based retail mobile technology to modernise checkout processes and improve the customer experience across its 133 retail locations.

With an extensive network in Canada and regional locations across the USA, it has continuously raised the bar on supply chain options for over 60 years. Purolator chose Tulip’s scalable technology to increase customer engagement, grow sales and provide a platform for future expansion across its bricks-and-mortar and mobile locations.

Purolator will be using Tulip’s enterprise point of sale (PoS) offering, Tulip Checkout, along with its performance planning and intelligent staff scheduling products. Together, they will enable Purolator to identify and address performance risks, while providing a seamless omnichannel checkout experience.
