Texas-based third-party warehouse and fulfilment provider Knight-Swift is implementing a warehouse management system from Softeon.

Virginia company Softeon is a tier-one warehouse management system (WMS) provider exclusively focused on optimising warehouse and fulfilment performance to increase operational efficiency. Knight-Swift is a full-service supply chain services provider.

Knight-Swift operates roughly 350,000 square metres of dry storage across the USA with 100,000 containing warehouse racking, which will benefit from Softeon’s technology.

“We are focused on the future and will always strive to have world-class technology and resources to streamline the cost of doing business for our customers,” said Brant Seaton, president of Knight-Swift (www.kswhse.com). “Our goal is to exceed our customers’ expectations, and we are thrilled to be partnering with Softeon and their long track record of innovation and success in the 3PL industry.”

Knight-Swift’s facility operates in an ambient temperature environment, handling diverse client needs with customised programmes that cover every phase of fulfilment, from receiving to outbound delivery. With Softeon’s WMS (www.softeon.com/solutions/warehouse-management-system-wms), Knight-Swift will be able to improve accuracy and reliability across these processes, while optimising its technology stack to support future growth.

“We are thrilled to partner with a high-performing company like Knight-Swift,” said Jim Hoefflin, CEO of Softeon (www.softeon.com). “We share a common culture that’s focused on helping our customers deliver better service to their customers.”
