Robotics firm Geek+ is launching three warehouse automation products at this week’s LogiMat show in Stuttgart, Germany.

With the global logistics industry under pressure to deliver faster, smarter and more sustainable operations, Geek+ is stepping up with three products it says sets a benchmark for intelligent automation.

The first enables dynamic slotting. This PopPick v2 shelf-to-person product is said to deliver 67% higher efficiency than traditional picking methods and reduce the required footprint by half, optimising space use while boosting productivity. The system’s dynamic slotting feature enables smarter inventory management, while its ergonomic PopPick Lite workstations prioritise operator comfort and safety, making it suitable for high-demand environments.

The second product is the tote-to-person RoboShuttle v4, which is said to redefine high-volume order fulfilment with higher throughput and five times more storage capacity. By combining RS and new RS Air robots, this handles steady and variable traffic, making it suitable for peak season demands. Upgraded safety features and seamless integration with existing systems ensure a secure and efficient workflow, allowing businesses to scale operations without disruption.

Finally, the pallet-to-person SkyCube v2 for cross-floor operations integrates pallet storage and picking and offers up to 35% higher storage density than traditional automated systems and five-to-eight times greater efficiency than floor storage. It integrates seamlessly with the software platform for unified scheduling, reducing rack steel usage and offering a cost-effective option for large-scale operations.

“Our next-generation products embody Geek+’s unwavering commitment to excellence, efficiency and customer success,” said Yong Zheng, CEO of Geek+. “By offering one-stop robotics with boundless innovation opportunities, we are empowering businesses to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.”
