VR Vision has partnered with Enel Green Power to develop a custom virtual reality (VR) training programme tailored for renewable energy technicians. The initiative will modernise training practices for turbine maintenance, substation operations, and solar farm management using state-of-the-art immersive technology.

Toronto-based VR Vision is a specialist in enterprise immersive learning solutions while Enel Green Power is a sustainable energy generator. a global pioneer in sustainable energy,

The VR training simulations, designed and developed by VR Vision, will provide lifelike, interactive learning environments to boost safety, reduce time-to-competency, and increase training consistency across Enel’s global operations.

The VR training programme will provide realistic simulations through the use of digital twins of turbines, substations, and solar equipment to provide hands-on practice in virtual environments. Technicians will be able to perform complex procedures in risk-free scenarios, while training timeless and knowledge retention will be accelerated through the use of VR. The use of advance analytics through the integration of Vision Portal will enable real-time performance tracking, skill assessment, and LMS compatibility.

“Virtual reality is revolutionising how the energy sector trains its workforce. Our collaboration with Enel Green Power allows us to deliver immersive, scalable, and results-driven training experiences that drive real operational impact,” said Roni Cerga, CEO of VR Vision.
