Digicomm acquires smart pole maker EasyStreet

Telecoms manufacturer Digicomm International has acquired EasyStreet Systems, a manufacturer of smart composite poles. The move expands Digicomm’s offerings into the infrastructure and urban technology markets.
Founded in 2020, EasyStreet Systems has established a position in the smart pole market. Its BABA-compliant composite poles enable deployment of small cells, IoT, WiFi, lighting, EV charging, and sensors for municipalities, telecom carriers, and developers. The company is a significant supplier of technology providing scalable infrastructure for connected communities.
