US firm Constellation Network has partnered with three software integrators to scale up adoption of its digital evidence product across public sector organisations in the US and Europe, including city administrations and police departments.

The firm has developed an evidentiary-grade, tamper-proof data product for public sector front-line operations.

The company’s Digital Evidence product has a number of city use cases. It can be used to secure city surveillance, sensor and control communications and data in a tamper-proof, chain-of-custody data pipeline. This includes ensuring the quality of data flows to AI and ML systems, as well as data storage.

It can be used by police departments to provide chain-of-custody for data retrieved from devices for use in investigations.

It can also be utilised for public safety and emergency management, in scenarios such as active shooter events.

Launched at the end of Q1 2025 and based upon six years working with the US Department of Defense, Digital Evidence provides cryptographically signed data capture, secure transmission, and immutable storage to front-line workflows spanning trustworthy AI, communications, mobility, real world assets and defence.

The three solution integrators are US company LabsDAO, UK firm OB Collective, and US firm JADO Innovation Labs.

London-based OB Collective works with UK police and central government. The partnership with Constellation will see OB Collective support departments to hardwire trust into the data that underpins their systems, unlocking secure collaboration, enabling intelligent automation, and building a sustainable foundation for ongoing transformation.

Tennessee-based JADO Innovation Labs provides CJADC2-aligned real-time orchestration (CONDUCTOR), wearable/edge AI (GED-AI), and secure systems integration for policing and public safety mission operations. JADO will apply Digital Evidence to cryptographically sign multi-sensor data (wearables, vehicles, drones), preserve chain-of-custody across orchestration events, and provide immutable audit trails from the tactical edge to command centres. CONDUCTOR uses real-time orchestration engine, historical data, and standard TTPs to drive GenAI capabilities in theatre with unprecedented precision – truly creating tactical and operational OVERMATCH on the edge. These capabilities are highly applicable to Public Safety and Emergency Management for Active Shooter Prevention and Natural Disasters.
