Israeli company TechSee has built agentic AI to transform the way wifi problems are diagnosed and resolved.

The Connectivity Guru is powered by TechSee’s proprietary Sophie AI technology and can help enterprises streamline wifi troubleshooting, reduce operational costs and improve customer satisfaction by automating issue detection and resolution with real-time AI-powered diagnostics and 3D heatmaps. This helps telecom providers, home security companies and smart home device manufacturers deliver seamless, reliable connectivity while giving consumers faster, frustration-free resolutions.

The average household has 17 devices relying on wifi, yet many still struggle with dead zones, weak signals, and interference from walls, appliances and neighbouring networks. Users expect fast, consistent speeds, but troubleshooting is complicated, leaving them frustrated while service teams lack the visibility to diagnose issues beyond the router.

Without real-time wifi topology insights, providers can’t test speeds across the entire home or office, forcing them to rely on trial and error. This leads to long support calls, repeat issues and costly technician visits. Connectivity Guru solves this with visual agentic AI, giving consumers and enterprises actionable insights to pinpoint problems and fix them fast. With Connectivity Guru, they can see the answer, transforming wifi troubleshooting into a seamless, efficient experience.

“When wifi stops working, people don’t just lose their connection, they lose access to their world,” said Eitan Cohen, CEO of TechSee. “Reliable connectivity is a necessity, and Connectivity Guru goes beyond detecting problems; it actively resolves them. Unlike traditional AI, which merely responds, agentic AI proactively diagnoses issues, determines the best fix, and guides users through each step to resolution. By pinpointing interference, signal degradation or congestion, and providing clear, visual guidance, Connectivity Guru delivers real answers for customers and real efficiency for service providers.”

It provides 3D environmental insights that make connectivity problems instantly visible and solvable. Seamlessly integrated into iOS, Android and service provider workflows, Connectivity Guru generates real-time 3D heatmaps of the user’s environment, identifying interference, weak signals and other issues that degrade performance. Unlike traditional offerings, which only diagnose problems, Connectivity Guru’s proactively analyses, visualises and guides users to resolution. Whether it is pinpointing the source of issues with devices such as a fridge, oven or security camera, or helping users optimise their wifi network, it offers clear visual guidance on how to fix problems, reducing the need for technician dispatches.

For telecom providers, this accelerates the onboarding process, reduces support tickets and cuts operational costs, while improving customer experience and driving business growth.

Early adopters include North American telecom providers, already experiencing benefits such as fewer technician visits, higher first-call resolution rates, improved customer satisfaction and shorter service calls.

“This is a fundamental shift in how wifi and whole-home connectivity guarantees are delivered at scale,” said Cohen. “When you can visually show a customer exactly why their streaming video keeps buffering or why their smart devices disconnect at specific times, you transform frustration into understanding, unlocking new revenue opportunities and loyalty for life. That’s not just better support, it’s better business.”
