Suncrest’s new Zora Living communities in Charlotte and Phoenix feature smart home technology

Residential master developer Suncrest has announced the grand opening of its first two Zora Living communities. The Zora University community in Charlotte, North Carolina, offers 108 one- and two-bedroom homes. In Phoenix, Arizona, the Zora Encanto community consists of 109 luxury ranch-style rental homes.

Both Zora Living communities offer a number of smart home amenities. They include energy-saving mobile thermostat control, mobile device-enabled lighting controls, high-speed WiFi, self-monitored alarm system with door sensors and a doorbell camera, and keyless community gate and front door entry. Music entertainment options include Amazon Echo Dot, Google Assistant, and HD Cable. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are also available.

Zora Living claims these features will help residents achieve a maintenance-free lifestyle. The company also states that the residences are energy efficient.
