Texas-based RobotLab is deploying LG robots across Marriott hotels to handle cleaning, room service and deliveries.

This collaboration is using automation to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.

RobotLab has already deployed LG’s cleaning robots in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia, with upcoming deployments in Arizona, New Mexico and California. With a network of 31 locations, from the east coast to Hawaii, RobotLab aims to ensure seamless deployment, integration and ongoing support for these robots, guaranteeing smooth operation for hotel staff and service for guests.

A milestone in this partnership is the first LG room service robot in the USA, now operating round the clock at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. This robot efficiently travels floor to floor, using elevators, delivering room service, extra toiletries and other essentials. Guests at the hotel can enjoy a seamless, contactless service from the convenience of their rooms.
