Indian smart building start-up raises $1.5m

Indian smart building start-up NHance.ai has raised $1.5m in seed funding from high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
This money will be used to accelerate the company’s growth and further develop its digital-twin platform that enables smart buildings for its expanding customer base.
The NHanceTwin platform provides businesses with complete visibility on building performance and actionable insights leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI).

With this infusion of capital, the company plans to expand its team by hiring talent in software development and analytics. It hopes to accelerate product development to introduce value-enabling features and integrations for its customers. And it will increase marketing efforts to raise brand awareness and attract customers.
The company is also looking to explore partnerships to expand its ecosystem and provide additional value to its customers.
