Smart home security vendor EZVIZ has announced the availability of its EP3x Pro dual-lens battery video doorbell with solar charging compatibility. The company claims its design is less bulky than other similar products, easy to install, and requires minimal maintenance.

The EP3x Pro features a 2K front view and 1080p bottom view. It monitors two angles to minimize blind spots for a more comprehensive field of view, and it has built-in 32B of eMMC storage for auto-saved video replays. The doorbell offers subscription-free detection features on people and packages.

Homeowners can see a live feed and can receive notifications on their smartphones upon a friend’s arrival or a delivery. The EP3x Prop is managed through the EZVIZ app and integrates with popular voice assistants such as Google Assistant and Alexa.
