Smart lighting specialist Deako has partnered major US housebuilder Home Creations. As a result, Deako’s plug-and-play smart lighting systems will be installed in all new homes built by Home Creations in Oklahoma City and Houston, by Glenwood Homes in Tulsa, and by 1st Oklahoma Homes in Oklahoma City.

Home Creations is ranked #86 on the Builder 100 List, and builds approximately 600 homes annually.

The new homes will be equipped with Deako smart lighting packages ranging from five to 15 smart switches. Homebuyers will also be able to buy further upgrades post-close, making it easy to further customise their smart home experience over time.

The installation of Deako systems will be handled by certified local electricians in each market. Deako’s modular design is designed to make it simple for electricians and homeowners to upgrade from standard to smart lighting with no rewiring required.
