French IoT firm Kerlink is helping Dubai-based systems integrator Vision Valley deliver and deploy LoRaWans.
Founded in 2002 and with seven offices in the Emea region and a strong focus in system integration, innovation and technologies, Vision Valley started its IoT journey in 2013 with objectives to become a leading IoT system integrator enabling the delivery of end-to-end smart-city IoT services covering all domains, starting from sensing to application integration.
The company has delivered mega projects in the region working with key market players.
Kerlink, a provider of public and private LoRaWanIoT networks, offers a portfolio of industrial-grade network equipment, network-core, operations and management software, and value-added applications. The company has more than 140,000 installations in 70 countries in all the primary IoT verticals.
As Kerlink’s partner in the Middle East and North Africa IoT markets, Vision Valley will promote and integrate Kerlink’s gateways, including outdoor Wirnet iStation and indoor Wirnet iFemtoCell stations, and Wanesy management centre, a modular and complete offering for provisioning, monitoring and managing IoT networks.
“Vision Valley has become a growing and diversified IoT provider in the Middle East and North Africa over the past 20 years because they have been quick to identify and respond to new market opportunities,” said Romain Weryk, Kerlink key account manager. “Their expertise and brand will help Kerlink expand its footprint in this large region, which has a very promising outlook for LoRaWans.”
Sameh Elghaly, Vision Valley’s general manager, added: “As a pioneer in IoT-network design and deployment, Kerlink is known worldwide as a reliable provider of industrial-grade IoT. Adding Kerlink’s Wirnet iStation and Wirnet iFemtoCell gateways, along with Wanesy management centre, to our offerings ensures our customers will have access to products and IP of an industry leader in smart applications of verticals that are key to our region. We are encouraged by our results so far and together with our partner Kerlink we are looking forward to build more success stories in the region.”
