Taoglas Waste Technologies, the smart waste management ERP subsidiary of Taoglas, is collaborating with comms tech provider TELUS to combine both companies’ offerings into an integrated platform.

The collaboration will combine TELUS Smart City solutions with the Taoglas Waste Insights software platform to provide cities with smarter and more connected waste management. The new integration will allow cities to enhance their waste management operations and reduce their environmental impact.

Taoglas Waste Insights tracks and analyses the movement of waste with sensors, allowing operational and infrastructure savings by reducing the number of vehicles, waste bins, as well as fuel and service costs. The platform also improve environmental impact, reducing CO2 emissions and overflowing bins, as well reducing noise levels and fuel consumption.
