Loriot and Syscom expand LoRaWan in Latin America

Swiss IoT firm Loriot has signed a partnership with Syscom to extend the LoRaWan ecosystem in Latin America.

Syscom is one of the largest telecommunications and security hardware distributors in Latin America. This partnership enables both companies to extend the reach of their offerings globally and collaborate on end-to-end options that respond to the growing demand for IoT in the Latin American region.

Sharing the same commitment to a customer-centric approach, they will offer Syscom hardware, the Loriot LoRaWan network server (LNS) and the Datacake data platform to deliver IoT tailored to the unique of Latin American businesses and industries.

Syscom has been in the region for more than forty years, bringing experience in hardware and technical support.

As part of the collaboration efforts with Syscom, Loriot’s CEO Julian Studer will be speaking at the upcoming Syscom Expo (expo.syscom.mx/cdmx2024) from March 6 to 7, 2024, at the World Trade Center in Mexico City.

On March 7, Studer will be presenting on different IoT technologies, security in IoT and on-premise installations. He will also share some use cases that demonstrate the capabilities of IoT applications in real-life scenarios.
