Digi has introduced a fully local, zero-cloud device management offering.
Called Digi LifeCycle Assurance On-Prem Manager, it targets healthcare, utilities and global enterprises that are demanding full control and compliance, and local data sovereignty. Cloud-based tools can’t always deliver that.
This delivers Digi LifeCycle Assurance’s proven features, including round-the-clock expert technical support, Digi Remote Manager Premier, and a five-year warranty, in a self-hosted, secure environment.
This is said to be 100% on-premises, as no data ever leave the network. There is real-time monitoring plus alerts. Integrated metrics provide total device visibility. Compliant by design, it is GDPR and CCPA ready.
Custom code support is tailored to the workflows. Enterprise scalability goes from site-wide to global. Updates are included; there are no hidden fees.
“It’s local-first, secure by default and full-featured without compromise,” said Brian Kirkendall, vice president at Digi. “Unlike competitors needing third-party add-ons, Digi On-Prem Manager is all-in-one, a secure, integrated version of Digi Remote Manager for air-gapped and regulated environments.”
Users include medical IT departments as it meets internal security mandates. Utilities can use it to manage infrastructure in isolated networks. And it helps global enterprises stay compliant and in control.
