STRADVISION, Horizon partner on ADAS

South Korean vision perception specialist STRADVISION is partnering Horizon Robotics, a Beijing-based provider of energy-efficient automotive computing. The collaboration will focus on production-quality implementation of STRADVISION’s perception technology, SVNet, on Horizon’s Journey series computing platform. The aim is to provide improved ADAS for Tier 1s and OEMs.
STRADVISION’s SVNet is designed to provide vision-based object detection and recognition, even in challenging weather conditions. It has been optimised on Horizon’s Journey computing solutions through the Horizon OpenExplorer software development toolkit.

STRADVISION’s SVNet is now available on Horizon Robotics Journey series computing solutions. Together, both companies aim to accelerate jointly the mobility transformation of the automobile industry and bring more value to consumers with an enhanced driving experience to prioritise safety, convenience, and enjoyment.
