US Industry 4.0 startup UnifyTwin has launched a suite of five business apps addressing industrial life cycles across various industry sectors. The apps have been validated in over 450 industrial early adopters globally. With the launch, UnifyTwin is now expanding and pursuing partnerships for scaling.

UnifyTwin’s Intelligent Industrial Apps are designed to address manufacturing pain points of various sectors. The apps have been validated across industry segments such as pharma & chemical, textile, refinery & energy, metals & minerals and building materials.

The five industrial apps comprise: Smart Energy; Glens Sustainability; Yield Optimiser; Remote Monitoring; and Asset Analytics.

The Smart Energy app supports manufacturers reduce energy consumption and costs in industrial operations. The app is a plug-and-play solution that connects smart energy meters to the cloud and provides insights and recommendations for energy savings.

The Glens Sustainability app helps customers measure and reduce industrial pollution, GHG and drive Net Zero goals. The app is designed to address the sustainability and carbon accounting needs of enterprises. It is MCERT-certified and UnifyTwin says it is already the market leader in Asia and the Middle East.

The Yield Optimiser app helps process manufacturing plant managers capture golden batch parameters. It provide autonomous recommendations designed to consistently achieve maximum yield.

The Remote Monitoring app provides a plug-and-play model to monitor machines or assets by configuring condition-based monitoring alerts and identifying operational anomalies.

The Asset Analytics app provides 120+ predefined digital asset models that apply artificial intelligence to achieve improvements in asset efficiency and support predictive maintenance.

“Our apps are built to solve specific pain points of multiple personas in the industrial journey by a team of industry veterans and domain experts. We learnt that the apps need to be built on a common Industrial Knowledge Graph by unifying human and machine interactions and events so that these apps can learn and drive contextualised insights and recommendations for real-time decisions,” said UnifyTwin CEO and Founder, Sudheesh Narayanan.

Mr Srirangarajan, CIO, Global Pulp and Fibre Business, Aditya Birla Group, said: “In our digital journey, UnifyTwin has been a great partner in co-creating a solution for the heart of Textile Fibre manufacturing leveraging their Intelligent App Suite and helped us meet our KPIs.”
