Stäubli Robotics has launched a plug-and-play automation solution for a range of industrial applications. The MTC-900 Machine Tending Cart is designed to provide a fast-track to collaborative automation for a number of high-demand environments such as metalworking, plastic injection moulding, and precision assembly.

Its integration with Injection Moulding Machines (IMMs) via the Euromap 67 standard enables plug-and-play connectivity, reducing setup time and simplifying deployment in moulding operations.

The MTC-900 is built to support continuous operation in harsh industrial settings. Its modular architecture is designed for quick adaptation to changing production needs, while its communication protocols, including EtherCat, ProfiNet, and Ethernet IP, allow rapid integration with existing systems.

“The MTC-900 is a game-changer for facilities looking to automate machine tending without the complexity,” said Chris Clark, North America Division Director for Robotics. “Its compatibility with IMM protocols and compact design make it ideal for injection moulding environments where uptime and safety are paramount.”
