Manufacturing supply chain automation specialist Nulogy has acquired Mingo Smart Factory, a specialist in real-time manufacturing analytics.
The acquisition is designed to deliver greater value to the extended supply chain, including co-pack, contract manufacturing, and value added logistics operations

Nulogy’s platform improve supply chain efficiency and agility by using data communications and shared visibility to synchronise a company’s demand with a supplier’s ability to produce. The company’s platform is used major FMCG brands such as Colgate-Palmolive, L’Oréal and Church & Dwight.

Mingo Smart Factory‘s software provides real-time data analysis and can connect older machines to the cloud. It can also trigger work order requests, automate job production records, and send production data for CMMS trend reporting. Its solution spans from sensors to data collection to analytics, and is designed to be delivered in days.

According to Nulogy, by integrating Mingo’s technology with Nulogy’s existing solutions, it will be able to provide a more comprehensive and robust solution suite to optimise manufacturing operations, with greater agility and precision.
