Emerson has entered into a strategic collaboration with cybersecurity firm Armexa to provide customers using its DeltaV automation platform with operational technology (OT) cybersecurity services.

Under the partnership, Armexa will offer a range of services to DeltaV customers, including basic cybersecurity assessments and consequence-based risk assessments. The services are designed to help customers simplify vendor management, accelerate project timelines, and enhance operational resilience across their OT environments.

Armexa brings expertise in OT cybersecurity from various industries, including energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, utilities, and manufacturing. As an Emerson-authorised service provider, Armexa will integrate approved technologies with best practice methodologies to deliver consistent security governance and implementation.

The partnership aims to provide a single, authorised cybersecurity services provider for DeltaV customers, streamlining vendor management and accelerating project timelines.
