ADM, Mitsubishi form agritech alliance

ADM and Mitsubishi have signed an MoU to collaborate on technology advances in agriculture and across the food production value chain. The two companies will explore new ways to bring their respective strengths together to advance food production and sustainable agriculture.

ADM is one of the world’s largest food and agriculture companies. Mitsubishi provides a cross-industrial business platform spanning multiple industries including food and energy. The companies hope that these broad and deep capabilities will allow them to create value by identifying new opportunities to meet global needs ranging from a robust biofuel supply chain to a stronger, more resilient global food system.

ADM is a global agricultural supply chain manager and processor. It provides one of the industry’s broadest portfolios of ingredients and solutions from nature. It is also a major developer of consumer health and well-being products.
