MSMC picks healow Genie multilingual health AI

Texas based Main Street Medical Clinic is implementing an AI-powered, multilingual contact centre that will integrate with its EHR clinical records system. The clinic, which specialises in internal medicine, including chronic disease management and urgent care, is partnering with AI contact centre specialist healow Genie and eClinicalWorks, an ambulatory cloud EHR provider, to develop the new solution.
The partnership aims to enhance patient communication and improve clinical workflows to meet the needs of the clinic’s diverse services. In particular, the AI abilities with not only English large language models but also Spanish, and its ability to translate accurately between the two has been a principal selling point.
