Chronic health tech firm CopilotIQ and in-home care delivery tech provider Biofourmis are merging. The merger creates an AI-driven platform that delivers in-home care across the full spectrum from pre-surgical optimisation to acute, post-acute, and chronic care.
Biofourmis’ capabilities in supporting health systems, payers, and life sciences companies’ delivery of complex care for their patients in the home with FDA-cleared algorithms and technology will be expanded further through integration with CopilotIQ.
CopilotIQ’s patient engagement, clinical efficiency, and clinical personalisation software will be integrated across Biofourmis’ acute and post-acute offerings.
CopilotIQ is the creator of a High Frequency Connected Care platform for older Americans with chronic conditions. The platform combines continuous biomarker data, behavioural analytics and US-licensed nursing visits to drive data-driven improvement, coupled with a clinical automation software platform to boost clinical efficiency.
Biofourmis’ solutions leverage clinical devices, AI and an ecosystem of virtual clinical teams and in-home services to improve quality, efficiency, and lower costs.
“Our mission is to redefine the future of healthcare delivery, by extending care to the comfort of patients’ homes, and driving improved health outcomes, at the lowest possible cost to the system,” said David Koretz, CEO of CopilotIQ and Biofourmis, the newly combined entity. “This merger is a major step toward realising our vision of transforming healthcare from reactive treatment to proactive prevention, and from generalised to deeply personalised, data-driven care.”
