Alexander Bufalino, Chief Sales Officer, 1NCE

Alexander Bufalino has been Chief Sales Officer of 1nce since January 2018.Prior to that, Alexander served as SVP Sales & Marketing at Kore Wireless, one of the leading managed service providers for IoT and M2M. From 2005 through 2016 Alexander worked for Telit Communications PLC, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer, and was responsible for building the brand into a global leader in M2M / IoT business. Prior to Telit, Alexander served as Sales Director for Southern Europe at Siemens AG from 1998, before joining EnOcean GmbH in 2002 as International Sales Director. Alexander is a qualified banker and has participated in a business management training program.

Syed Zaeem Hosain, CTO, Aeris Communications - IMC Chairman

Mr. Hosain joined Aeris in 1996 as a member of the founding executive team, and as CTO is responsible for the company’s networks, development programs and technology strategy. With over thirty-five years experience in the semiconductor, computer and telecommunications industries, and prior to joining Aeris, he has held senior engineering/management positions at Analog Devices, Cypress Semiconductor, CAD National and ESS Technology. Mr. Hosain is Chairman of the International Forum on ANSI-41 Standards Technology (IFAST), Chairman of the Global M2M Realization Forum (GM2MRF), and is on the Board of the Mobility CDMA Development Group (MDG, formerly CDMA Development Group).

Aiden Mitchell, Vice President, IoT Global Solutions, Arrow

Aiden Mitchell is the Vice President of Sales leading the Internet of Things (IoT) Global Solutions Team for Arrow Electronics. He is responsible for Arrow’s full solution IoT stack including sensors, embedded, connectivity, networks, data platforms including Hybrid, Private and Public Cloud, Analytics and Security. Arrow IoT capabilities are supported by professional services that encompass design, manufacturing, system and software integration, device monitoring and management and device event support including warranty management break/fix and repair on deployed assets. In addition, Arrow capital solutions offers our customers the ability to bridge the working capital burden during the deployment of new product and service sets.
Aiden has over twenty years of sales and general management experience in the technology sector having served in leadership roles at Freescale Semiconductor, Motorola SPS and Analog Devices and has served internationally in the United States, Canada, Europe and China. Upon joining Arrow in 2011 Aiden led the Intelligent Systems Business Unit which centered on the embedded processing, wireless and sensor products. Aiden was promoted to Vice President, Semiconductors in December, 2013 and ran marketing, assets and operations for that business in the Americas region. Aiden assumed the lead for Arrow IoT Global Solutions in May of 2016.

Lou Lutostanski, Vice President, Internet of Things, Avnet

Lou Lutostanski was named vice president, Internet of Things (IoT) for Avnet in March 2017. In this role, he works across the company to identify and create opportunities to leverage Avnet’s capabilities and expand the company’s reach and expertise to entrepreneurs, startups, leading technology OEMs and other IoT innovators, enabling them to bring IoT solutions to market, from idea to production. He reports to Pete Bartolotta, Chief Transformation Officer for Avnet.
Lutostanski has 30 years of experience and industry knowledge. He joined Avnet in 1987 as a system sales manager. Throughout the next 13 years, he gained increasing responsibility as a field application engineer, sales manager, branch manager, and vice president, area director. Lou left Avnet in 2000 and spent 12 years at Motorola/Freescale where he served as the global vice president of sales covering Hewlett Packard and Motorola, and then as vice president of sales and marketing for the Americas. Since his return to Avnet in 2013, he has served as vice president of sales for the Americas and as vice president of demand creation for the Americas.
Lutostanski graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and earned an MBA from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. He resides in Austin, Texas.

Volkhard Bregulla leads HPE's Global Industries Manufacturing and Distribution (M&D) for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Mr. Bregulla and his organisation are responsible for addressing and solving business and technology issues and as a result delivering significant business outcome for HPE's clients in the M&D Industry. The responsibility includes the entire HPE portfolio of technology products, services as well as business solutions.
In his current role, he is responsible for the business relationship and industry specific content HPE develops, sell and delivers as solutions together with a select set of strategic partners and channel organizations to enable the New Style of IT and Business in the Digital economy.

Rose Schooler, VP, IoT Solutions Group, GM, Strategy and Technology Office (STO), Intel

Rose Schooler is vice president of the Internet of Things (IoT) Solutions Group and General Manager of Things Strategy and Technology Office at Intel Corporation. She is responsible for managing the IoT strategy across all of Intel's assets, including development of strategic business objectives, an end-to-end implementation strategy, driving external industry and partner leadership, and technical alignment to deliver foundational IoT technologies and solutions. Schooler was formerly a member of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions board and is currently on the board of NCWIT.

Alex Brisbourne, President and CEO, KORE Telematics, Chairman Emeritus

Alex Brisbourne has more than 20 years of experience in the business of wireless, enterprise and fixed line networking in Europe, North America and Asia. Mr. Brisbourne runs one of the world’s most influential, dedicated M2M connectivity providers, and has become known as a prolific speaker and opinion leader on IoT/M2M subjects.

Bill Steinike, Vice President of Business Development, Connectivity, Laird

Bill Steinike joined Laird as part of the LSR acquisition in 2015 and is the Vice President of Business Development for the Connectivity segment within Laird. Prior to the acquisition, Bill had been with LSR for over 20 years and served as the company President since 2004 working extensively in the wireless industry providing wireless module solutions, product development services, and EMC test services. As part of Laird, his team now leads the product strategy and development for Laird's leading edge IoT solutions and services which include an extensive line of WiFi/Bluetooth/Lora wireless modules and embedded and infrastructure antennas.

Sara Brown, Senior Director of Marketing, MultiTech

Sara Brown is responsible for all marketing communications at IoT systems provider MultiTech. Brown is a strategic marketing professional dedicated to driving quantifiable business results with data-driven outreach to IoT/M2M user markets. For nearly 20 years, she’s boosted revenue of organizations big and small; including Sierra Wireless, Telit, and Wavecom.

Sue Rutherford, Senior Vice President, ABC, Vice President of Marketing, ORBCOMM

As the Vice President of Marketing for ORBCOMM, Ms. Rutherford is responsible for advancing the strategic direction of ORBCOMM marketing and its leading M2M satellite & cellular products & services, applications and solution offerings. Ms. Rutherford has more than two decades of global technology marketing and business development expertise in the telecommunications, software, semiconductor, SaaS and industrial automation industries and has led a number of multifunctional teams, working to increase constituency awareness and build market presence, customer footprint and strategic business value.

John Schaefer, SVP & GM, PTC

Before joining PTC as the Senior Vice President of Development for ThingWorx, John was the VP of Development for ThingWorx and was in charge of development, consulting and support. Prior to ThingWorx, John was a VP of Product Management for SAP, focused on manufacturing intelligence. He joined SAP after his previous company, Lighthammer Software, was acquired by SAP in 2005.

Linda Li, Group Executive Director, Chief Strategy Officer, Li Tong Group

As Executive Director and Chief Strategy Officer at Li Tong Group (LTG), Linda Li pioneered the company's transformational closed-loop recovery solution for mobile devices and established the first carbon footprint savings systems for measuring the recycle-rebirth effectiveness of Hi-Tech product portfolios. Under her leadership, LTG has become the world's foremost authority and solutions provider for helping OEMs enable both Post-industrial Recovery and Post-Consumer Trade-in and Recycling on a single global platform. Today, Li is recognized as an expert in the field of Green Supply Chain Management, specializing in cradle-to-cradle and Design-for-Recycle programs.

During her tenure LTG has received numerous industry awards, including Supply & Demand Chain Executive's 2015 Green Supply Chain Award. She is also responsible for devising the company's M&A Strategy and capital market roadmap.

Chris Chang, Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Business Development, Semtech

Mr. Chang joined the Company in December 2017 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Business Development. He oversees strategic growth initiatives for the Company, including China operations.

Prior to joining Semtech, Mr. Chang was Chief Executive Officer at Alien Technology Corporation, a global leader in RFID Technology. As CEO, Mr. Chang used his skills to turn around the company’s financial performance, driving double digit revenue growth and profitability. The company achieved historical sales records while driving expansion in the U.S., China, and Europe. Mr. Chang has also held key executive positions in sales and finance functions at other prominent high technology companies including Marvell, AMD, Silicon Graphics, and Eastman Kodak.

Mr. Chang earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School.

Christian Olivier, VP North America, SIGFOX

Christian Olivier, VP Sigfox North America, has extensive experience as a turn-around executive, managing multi-site product development and manufacturing divisions, as well as large go-to-market organizations in the telecommunications and high tech industry, including blue chip companies such as Alcatel, STMicroelectronics, e2v (now Teledyne) and Esterline.

Olivier started his career in academic research in Europe and the U.S., and holds a Master of Science degree from Ecole Polytechnique, France, a PhD in Electrical engineering from University of Paris XI, and an Executive MBA from HEC.

Kim Bybjerg, CEO, Teleena

Kim Bybjerg is the CEO of Teleena, a global IoT and MVNO enabler headquartered in The Netherlands. Teleena's mission is to enable businesses, that don't have the resources and expertise, to easily pursue their IoT ambition by bringing end-to-end IoT solutions to vertical markets.
With extensive experience in the IoT field, Kim has been involved in countless IoT projects across Europe and outside, being responsible for the go-to-market strategy, the commercial and product strategy, as well as the execution of these strategies.
Prior to Teleena, Kim has been Director Business Development in Europe, Middle-East and Africa for Jasper (now Cisco-Jasper), a large provider of IoT SaaS services for Telecom operators. Before that, he has been Managing Director at JHB Group, which envolved out of two technology companies: mobile payment enabler, Liquix, and smart-metering company, Xemex. As Director M2M Northern Europe at Vodafone, Kim has been developing the M2M activities for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world. Before Vodafone, he already setup the M2M business for KPN, where and for which he also established a partnership with Jasper.
Prior to becoming an expert within the IoT space, Kim held various Management positions at Orange, Siemens, IBM and AT&T.

Phil Skipper, Head of Business Development, Vodafone

Phil joined Vodafone in July 2013 as Head of IoT Business Development. He is fully responsible for developing IoT solutions and capabilities on a global basis. "IoT adoption will continue to accelerate with smaller organisations being able to harness the advantages of IoT technology to drive greater efficiency and value for their customers. As Head of Business Development for Vodafone IoT, I’m particularly excited to play a key role in developing this important application area" he says.

Phil has a wealth of experience in a broad range of industries including defense, FMCG, and media. Prior to joining Vodafone Phil was responsible for Markets and Portfolio within the Siemens Infrastructure & Cities organisation. Prior to that he held the position of Director Electro Mobility for Siemens and has worked for a number of well-known blue-chip organisations including Landis + Gyr and Mars in the UK, USA, and Switzerland.

Stephen R Szabo, Head of Global Products & Solutions - Internet of Things, Verizon

Steve Szabo leads product and solution development for Verizon's Internet of Things (IoT) global business unit. A visionary leader, Steve has a successful 16-year track record with the company, pioneering customer-focused products, solutions and programs from ideation to delivery.
In his current role, Steve is responsible for establishing Verizon's leadership position in the IoT ecosystem by delivering products that resolve complex IoT challenges for customers. He owns product strategy, business development and commercialization for ThingSpace, Verizon's IoT enablement platform. As a key component for broadening adoption to the platform, Steve leads the effort to drive ThingSpace client penetration into the leading chipset and module OEMs. He is also responsible for developing strategic carrier and cloud service partner relationships that scale Verizon's IoT capabilities and extend the global reach of its IoT vision.
Previously, Steve held several roles of increasing responsibilities within Verizon Wireline and Wireless business units, including Technology Planning, Product Development and Mobility Management.
Steve is a graduate of Ohio University and holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
